About

The Radnor Bulletin is the independent community newspaper for Radnor and the surrounding villages along the upper Wye Valley. We cover the decisions made at the Guildhall, the shops opening and closing on Bridge Street, the fixtures at Meadowfield, and the small acts of neighbourliness that rarely make it beyond the parish notice board.

Our patch runs from the Radnor market square out to Cae Coch, Llanfair Common and the smallholdings above the old quarry road. We believe local reporting should be useful before it is dramatic: planning applications explained in plain language, road closures posted before you hit them, and a fair hearing for every side of a parish row.

The Bulletin is reader-funded and reader-fed. Much of what we print starts as a tip from someone who noticed something first.
